We used them to expand and modify the existing PV system, as well as for repairing & servicing the existing solar water heating system. The work was performed relatively quickly and as promised. Poor customer service. After seeing their commercials for solar backup systems, I called to get cost info, etc. A female answered who seemed confused about everything I asked, then promised to have the owner email me later that night or the next day. I never heard from anyone. Feels like they're in over their heads. That was over 3 weeks ago.
