Worst customer experience I have ever been through! For starters it was extremely difficult to get their tech Brandon to come out, even for urgent issues. And we were constantly being double booked and having to reschedule causing more delays. With one of our printers, we were down over two weeks and constantly trying to schedule Brandon to come. We finally got him to come in a day, but then shortly before, we received a call that he was double booked on that day, so we had to reschedule for the following week again. These delays cost our company $1,000s because we could not run our printer. Finally on the day he was suppose to come in, he popped in for a few minutes to let us know that he wouldn't be able to work on our printer and change out the inks, because he didn't have enough 'experience' with that printer. I couldn't believe it! He apparently had enough 'experience' with the printer to charge us $150 an hour to work on this printer in the past. And even then, it would have been nice to have been told weeks early that he didn't want to work on the machine so that we could find another solution.My suggestion is that companies look elsewhere for their tech needs as Fortress Business Systems will end up costing you more.
