Very deceptive sales, promised things and no follow through. Took a long time for install. Now it seems there have disappeared. No phone, no email, nothing. Very disappointing to say the least. They got their money and stuck a lot of people without service and a huge loan. Sucks!

The representative who came to our house was knowledgeable about the product and able to explain the financial obligations, rebates and incentives well. We are looking forward to getting the new panels installed.

I was very happy with the service and the install and found them helpful though the whole process. Last year it would have been a 5 star review. But sadly it looks like they are no longer in business and will not respond. I wouldn't mind so much but one of my panels is not producing and I am having trouble finding someone to repair it.

I have had the misfortune of dealing with Offset Solar. They did a partial installation and will not return phone call, text messages or emails. I have contacted various agencies trying to get better contact information and everyone of the contact information I have received has ended in a dead end. Stay far away from these very dishonest people. If I could rate them lower than a one star I would.
