Dont know that this is the correct office to complain about since I have been a customer in Pana , IL. Last time I turned on my electricity and gas for inspection possible repairs, I was not told I would be charged in the hundreds range for seasonal charges if I turned on/off my gas/electric more than once in a year time frame under my own name. Typically 2 days of service is $10. Mine ended up over $200 for 2 days of service. After alot of complaining to multiple people someone realized I got double charged seasonal charges. Than last time I called to inquire about bill, the 2 customer representatives informed me as a courtesy for all the trouble I did not owe anything. Nonetheless December 2018 rolls around, I get slapped with $127 bill on my credit report for only 2 days of service. Never received a bill. One of my Pana IL neighbors worked for Ameren maybe still does is one of the reasons I get treated so inhumane by this company. One cold winter several years ago prior to 2013 I drove back here thought my electric/gas was scheduled to be turned on. However, was not in the process when I got there and when I called for emergency to turn on...they basically told me to go sleep in the cold for several days.

Billing dates are never the same. They do not listen to customers requests. Have a history of double charging and then will not offer a refund (instead they make you go through a tail-chasing process, say they WILL give a refund and then go behind your back and not do it and just 'credit' your account for the next month with NO regards if the person had a set plan for said money.) Worst company ever no matter where it is at. Highly advise to not go with this and find someone else at all costs.
