We have had two emergencies, and Dominik bailed us out with times. The first time a pipe burst during the polar vortex and we were out of town. I called him, and within a few hours his crew had the wet drywall and insulation, removed and the pipes repaired. The second time, we were out of town again, and developed a roof leak in our kitchen. He got it sealed off within hours, and came back at two in the morning during a big storm to make sure that we weren't incurring further damage. Best responses I've ever had from a contractor, ever!
