It was with great pleasure to work with the Modern Mill team. I want to thank Josue, Maggie, Jason & Robert B for a great job done. They were professional, reviewed the plans to best suit our needs, caring, and even cleaned up after themselves. They worked well together like a well-oiled machine. It was great to get to know them. I'll start with I signed a contract with Modern Mill in August of 2021, after signing all the documents and arranging the financing I have had little to no contact from them. When I do get a phone call it's usually a blow off of some kind. I have been told my install was gonna be completed within 4 months at most, now we're at 8 months! Very Very disappointing I chose this company, I see all the positive reviews and am wondering if there all fabricated!!? I have to select a star to complete this review, I don't see the negative 5 star!
