I have found the Norris Electric people in the Newton area from the office personnel to the lineman out on the job, to be most helpful, intelligent, courteous, and resourceful. I could not praise them enough. I have dealt with Carla, Tim, and Ian among others. George Buening.

I used to dread calling Norris Electric. The people were once rude, and condescending as can be. HOWEVER, the people in billing especially have made a complete 180 in attitude. Although I was late, I was greeted by someone who did not talk down to me and allowed me to work a plan that worked for my family during a difficult time. Thank you. PLEASE, retain the attitude you currently employ..It is a much easier time than only a couple years ago.

The office personnel people are very rude!! Especially anyone in billing dept. Talk down their nose ESPECIALLY if they know you receive assistance! Been going on for years. I absolutly DREAD calling them! The lineman however are always kind professional and down to earth anytime they've had to come do any work!

The Billing dept is rude and snotty. Besides that, I believe they cheat people because they have a monopoly on power in the Lawrence county Illinois area. I shut the power off to my house for a week and my bill is HIGHER then last months. I looked at my bill from 2 years ago and it is the exact same as when there were 6 people living here, now with only 2 people my bill is as high? For a non-profit company theyre some con artists. I HATE this company. If I could give zero stars I would
