What a joke. Impossible to get someone on the phone. Half of the time it is impossible to pay your bill online because the website doesn't work. The billing department is the main issue... made multiple mistakes in the last few months. incorrect balances... billing for overdue balances that don't exist... etc.

Electric bills have gone way up since our smart meter was upgraded again last fall to a more advanced broadcasting meter, and we are experiencing health problems as a result of the new meter as well. REMC refused to allow us to opt-out and return to a safe analog meter. We've taken this up the REMC ladder from our board member up to the CEO with no resolution.
