We did a tour of homes with them a couple of years ago. We were very impressed by the systems they had set up for other customers. The people that owned the systems were kind enough to share their experience and answer questions. We finally ended up buying our own system a few months ago. We are very happy with it! Everyone on the team was friendly and helpful. Duke Energy tried to throw us a curve ball but Cindy was a huge help getting all of that straightened out. We haven't had our system for very long but after talking to other owners, I feel confident that we will be saving money and the environment for many years to come! And now we can finally stop getting those nasty letters from Duke about how high our usage is :-)

We are a medium sized electrical contractor in West Central IN. We have tried to do business with GAI on several occasion and can not get any real effective communication or support from them. This company is not ready for prime time.*** EDIT TO ADD *** GAI did eventually get back with us and provided a proposal that was well thought out.
