Once again, Alliant scamming the people out of hard earned money - Nobody living in my home for over, they send me a bill for over $300. Average temp for the month was 80 degrees so they really have no excuses.

Mistakenly took me off auto pay then charged me a fee to reconnect for their own mistake. Said I should have checked my mail when they send junk mail literally every week. Trash company

By far the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. I have lived in many states and nothing comes close. Old fashion, their customer service can't think for themselves and are powerless. If I ran my business like Alliant I wouldn't be in business very long and would soon have no customers.Lack of competition is a terrible thing!

They send me to debt collection because they kept mailing final notices to my old address. They record their calls and even admitted to me that I said go update my address and it wasnt done. They would not even waive the late fees that were their fault.
