This company absolutely sucks, they send me a bill last month saying I have a credit and in big bold capitol black letters, DO NOT SEND PAYMENT. Now they send me a disconnect notice unless I pay three hundred and something dollars today. They screw up and it's my fault and problem?!?! Must be nice to be the only company people can go to so you can screw them as hard as you want and there's nothing we can do except take it.

Had to wait two weeks to get service in the winter. Who does that to a veteran. Welcome home to your cold house soldier. Then i got overcharged 60 dollars on my last 4 bills. Then when I tried working with them they were rude .I hope they keep up their shity reviews so mike mcnight reports em.

Every time I've ever had to call I get great help and polite service reps. I read all these terrible reviews and I don't understand why they are all so bad.

It would be nice to own a monopoly. Some of the worst rudest people I have every had to deal with. Even if you don't need or use their services, If everything you own is electric, or solar powered, you are still charged a monthly maintenance fee.
