Terrible service, terrible customer service, terrible everything.

Power been out for 2am and now its going on 8am I went to work and came back already. These random power outages have got to stop seriously. We need our power box in a different location. Someone is either always running into it with there vehicle, animals or a branch is down. Its ridiculous we need a Cleco out in this area.

Requested a start date after my closing date and received an email confirmation with that date. However, the company turned off the current customers electric and started my account 3 weeks early. After 2 hours on the phone, they told me that their system showed a different date and that I was wrong despite having physical proof in my email of my request. I dont even know how its possible to shut off another customers electric without their request. Never dealt with such incompetent customer service.

Accidentally turned off my power and even though I immediately called them to fix it, it took them over 30 hours to turn it back on.
