This does reflect on the syore but on whoever they use to schedule time to get an estimate. My wife and I came in on 1/6 to get a carpet estimate and measure for our new home. The store lady, Diane, was willing to assist and set up so that we could get this estimate on 1/8 between 9am and 11am, which worked with our timetable. Unfortunately, that is where the good part of this review ends. I got a call at 7am from Yina who said I have to take an 8am slot. The house we bought still has tenants in it, and I explained this to Tina. I called her up buy she said no I have to take the 8am slot. I asked her to put me in the number two slot which without notifying me, put me on hold and put me through a person with no customer service skills. In frustration, I hung up the phone. I did not give my time slot away. Sknce at this point Home Depot was unwilling yo budge I contacted the tenants who were gracious enough to change their schedule. I called Home Depot back yo sey it is ok only to find that they gave the timeslot away. At this point I am so frustrated with Home Depot that I doubt I will ever shop here again. This includes the carpet. I have six people lined up on HomeAdvise vying for my business. I got a carpet sample and that is all I need from them.

We have had the worst experience at this Home Depot. Ordering a custom door, we have found the customer service to be consistently awful, unknowledgeable and very slow. They have messed up the order 3..yes, 3 times. Every time we call we are placed on hold for 10 + minutes and the turnaround time for our door has been months. We just had the door installed and the wrong color storm door is now in so the saga continues. Do yourself a favor and use the Defense Highway locations. We will NEVER use Home Depot again after this experience.
