Our system is less than two years old and now after 50days and multiple calls for service nothing has happened except emails providing me with a ticket #. What I have is 52 roof ornaments which are providing no utility and a electric bill. A complete scam.

Solar panels installed a couple of weeks ago. Waiting for the inspection which will be 8/14. Installers seemed to know what they were doing. Only time will tell.

Team arrived on time and worked the entire day, non-stop. Gave words of encouragement throughout the day stating how nice it will be in the end. Took off their shoes when entering our home and left no mess behind. Electrical engineer was thorough and efficient in his explanations and showed expertise.

They left their heavy machinery on our driveway.for 2 days and counting .It is a safety hazard. They were suppose to pick up the cherry picker the next morning..I live in a community with a homeowners association and they have caused stress and friction between us and my neighbors. The installlation team was friendlly but when they left the eqpt they assured me the the eqpt will be picked up this morning. I called trinity solar seveal times and asked them to move it to a safer location but they have not moved it yet. All i get ftom Alex is i am reaching out to the company. I am hoping there is a manager there who can resolved this. The only other option is to have it towed to a safer location. Buyer Beware.

Update on my post: Got a call from the project manager who told me that it was the rental company who did not explain to their crew that the contract for pick up of the heavy machinery was 24 to 48 hours. They finally took the heavy machinery off my driveway. The installation team was friendly and efficient. It was unfortunate that they did not tell me what was going on regarding the eqpt . I would have given them 5 stars if I was informed about the situation the day of installation.
