I purchased a new A/C unit from Shaws for $12,000 but did not purchase an additional maintenance contract. When the unit failed over a holiday weekend they said that because I did not purchase a maintenance contract, the earliest that they could get to me was three days later, even though the unit was in the very beginning of the warranty period.Simply the worst customer service experience I have had on the Eastern Shore.
