So far this company seems okay to work with. Everything on paper is good. However, they have no communication skills what so ever... and you really need to be on top of everything yourself. We had a ton of communication errors between Trinity and Sunnova when signing the agreement and since then, we had an apt scheduled for the structural site visit for this morning 9/11/19 @ 7:00-8:00 AM.... they never showed up because they got everything they needed from photos. which would have been fine if they called to let me know the apt was cancelled and not to wait at 7:00 - 8:00 AM for Greg!! My solar is to be installed in October.

Installed solar panels 8 months ago and it has been great. Have saved quite a bit on electric bill. They just came to take off electric off side of house so I could side house. They coordinated very well with siding company and were very flexible. Did a great job, Zack and Dylan. Could highly recommend this company.
