Every time I go in to pay a bill I am greeted with a smile and polite staff. Whenever I have to call in to make changes or ask questions, everyone I have ever spoken to has been professional, polite, and quick with answers or resolutions.

Very poor during outages. They don't answer calls and the outage map isn't updated. We have no idea if they know about an outage or not. It would be good if the state regulated them so BLP would have some responsibility for customer service. Just frustrating, especially with the way rates were jacked-up a few years ago for the Energy Center/Shiras bait and switch.

Never been shut off and always payed my bill. Owed no money for usage and they charge me an unexpected $300 deposit because I was late twice in 18 months.
