Terrible customer service

I wish I could give zero stars. The worst customer service in the world. I have called the Mankato office 3 times today and no one answers, I get 'the person you have called in unavailable to take your call at this time', person?? Is this not a business??? They are the worst at scheduling with new construction 2 months later 'Oh we must have missed that' WTH Then I get a letter regarding a bill for over $2k for 'services' but I have never received a bill and pay all of the utility bills online, how is this possible. So I call and I am told to call the Mankato location (yeah that didn't work) to find out from Tylor what the charge is for, his email is being sent back as 'undeliverable' WOW WOW Worst company to deal with ever!!! I will not pay any amount on an account number that is not recognized and without a bill. I hate this company, I truly wish I could pick a different company with trained people who can actually answer a question.
