Rude company cut me power off not even a week late. Have wife and 2 kids here and only reason I couldn't pay is because I just got off leave with my newborn. I pay on time every month except for one and get cut off. They come out and say they will let me cut it on today so I played bill and it still got turned off and want $40 connection fee. These people dont care and there is a special place in hell for them where it's much hotter.

Worst experience I've ever had. Called their customer service line and spoke to some idiot named Erica, who was rude and hung up on me. I had to pay $300 to get my power back on, which I paid on 8/24(I have the confirmation page as proof) and they try to tell me I didn't pay it until the 28th! Later that day I get to the apartment and the power is still off and I have groceries that need to be frozen. So I call and they say they need my ID which they never said anything about when I paid $300. The next day I went and showed them my ID and they said it would be the following day before they turned it on. Sitting here now in a hot apartment with no lights, no air, no hot water, and my groceries are ruined.
