When purchasing the panels for my families house, we were told at most a few weeks to fully finish the work and have the panels up and running. Today marks 7 months since they started and the panels are not only not on our roof (they are sitting on the side of our garage, since they were installed without acquiring any permits) but we dont even have the permit required to do so still. On top of this, they have the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life. The manager who we have contact with is completely unreliable and of no help whatsoever. He rarely answers phone calls and when he does he has a list of excuses for everything we say. Currently waiting for him to call us back since he was in a meeting when we called earlier, which was three hours ago. I would highly suggest to take your business else where.

Having trouble with higher electric bill than before putting solar in. Was told someone from engineering would call. Been a month , nothing.

Terrible service! Well I hate to say this but I cant get them to call me or acknowledge me since the sale. Will not respond to service needs, lies about your $1000 you do not get it goes toward bill, my solar isnt even working was installed in September weve had an awful experience no service after the sale Bart does not do good business. We only generated 133 kw so far so you know its not working properly full sun no trees an weve had spring like weather on an off very dissatisfied said wed never pay electric again all lies!!
