Very helpful and friendly. Jeff Paul is awesome. Walked us thru the whole process to get power to our house. Great people. 5 stars!

In all my years with numerous electric companies this has got to be the worst experience ever! Supposedly the rates dropped and we even installed an outdoor wood burning stove and our light bill is still off the charts! I have called numerous times and am always told the same thing, 'Check your well and make sure it's not constantly running!' There's no care or concern and we've checked everything and we've even sealed and weatherized the entire home! It also doesn't help the situation to charge a 'Service availability charge' every month. (Which is different every month). I'm done, come spring we are selling and moving. These rates make it impossible to make ends meet and provide for your family! The bills are also very confusing! Other reviews speak of quality service in restoring power, with the rates being charged I would expect lightning fast service

I wish I could give 0 stars and I don't like to leave negative reviews but this company makes it impossible to say anything good! My advice is, if you don't have to move to this area, don't! You will not be able to afford the rates that this company charges and they know that you have no choice because they are the only provider for this area. They charge an availability charge which I have never seen before with any other service provider, so in a nutshell, you are paying even if you are not using electricity. They also charge 'Peak and non peak charges' which makes the bill so hard to understand and seems so unfair. There is no way to know what your bill will be until you receive it and about have a stroke when you get it. Be prepared to pay outrageous bills if you move to this area. We received notice a while back that rates were decreasing and our bill just continues to go up, explain that! Again, take my advice and stay clear of this company.UPDATE: Capital credit owner speaks of for December was a mere $13.00, woo hoo, let's have a party!

Rates dropped, yet bills continue to skyrocket. Makes no sense
