I was really pleased with this company. They were helpful and professional. From the initial energy audit to the insulation installation, it was a great experience. The person doing the audit pointed out little jobs that we could do on our own. I felt like they were looking out for me and not just trying to make a bigger sale. We hired them for adding blown in attic insulation and insulating some exposed rim joists in the basement. The night before they were to come, I was second guessing our decision. Should we have just done the rim joists ourselves? After they completed the job, I was so glad they did it! They were so thorough and protected the things in the basement before starting. They cleaned up after their work and did a level of insulation that I clearly did not have the tools or expertise to accomplish. I am really glad that we hired them.

EnergyLink recently visited our home to complete an energy audit. Scheduling the audit was quick and easy and the staff was very friendly and willing to answer my questions. The day of the audit, the auditor called before arriving at my house. He was very friendly, asked me great questions about what I hoped the energy audit would achieve for my family/our energy costs, and explained the process in a very understandable way. The audit included thermal imaging, which we found extremely interesting and helpful. A full report, with images, was returned to us within a week of the initial visit. A member of the EnergyLink team met with me to discuss the results and answer questions. My husband wasn't available to attend in person, so the EnergyLink representative was kind enough to meet with him over video chat - what great service! Once the audit was complete, we were given very clear recommendations for improving our home energy efficiency. We chose to contract with EnergyLink to do the recommended insulation and caulking work, as they offered us very competitive pricing. They did a great job - very thorough. We chose to do a few things on our own and overall, our house feels like it's maintaining its temperature better and we have a sustainability plan for upgrading our heating and cooling units. I would highly recommend EnergyLink!
