Since I reported the issue below, the service team has contacted me and are doing their best to ensure the issue is not going to happen again. They have also agreed to reimburse me for the service cost, as the issue found was due to incorrect installation.I unfortunately have their system installed at my house. The frame is falling apart and I am concerned the panel is going to fall down from the roof. I called Sun Solar 2 days ago and they told me I would get a call back to schedule the service. I called again today and the explanation was that they cannot put me in their schedule for service as they only have one service crew, and the calendar was managed by someone else who will cal me when they can put me in the schedule. I called another local company and the person put me on the schedule right away.
