Just received my highest bill Ive ever received in 4 years of living at my house. These people are crooks. They have a monopoly on electricity in our city, and zero oversight. Worst utility company Ive ever dealt with.

I recently moved and setup a start and stop service on the properties. The start service worked, but the stop service did not. I did not find this out until my bill came through. My keys were handed over a month ago to someone else and was not under my control of use of energy. Evergy refuse to refund me on a property I do not own. Terrible business practice and a horrible service
