Charges a 350 dollar deposit to transfer services into your name. Absolutely insane. I have NO credit issues too. Super disappointed it's our only option for electric. Never had to pay anything like this when we had Ameren.

Worse company to be associated with. You pay extra money on bills and then the first month you're behind on a bill, due to being too busy and your other half forgets to pay the bill, they turn your service off with zero remorse and then try to make you pay a reconnection fee. They fail to remember all those months that you pay extra on your bill, just to be treated with such disrespect.

I have had this service for 15 years and I am still amazed at how great they are. Coming from Ameren with frequent outages and high prices I am grateful every day for this coop.
