We lose power about once a month..... I wish we had competition cuz we would leave in a heartbeat. You guys have some serious settings issues in your distribution networks. You need a competent engineer on this or atleast one who cares

Was charged availability charge for 4 years for a meter that didn't have working power to it. The meter was never hooked up correctly. I was told by a manager they were not going to refund anything even though there was never a working meter available. I was charged over $1500 to have meter installed and paid another $1200 for there to be power available.

Extremely rude! They lie! We have talked to 3 different individuals about getting a light up on an already existing pole and had a guy come out and approve the pole! We signed the paperwork and they said they would be out on the 14th here we are the 22nd and they stated on the 19th that it is on their truck!! The lady in the office is rude and has no clue what the field trucks have done or are doing!
