We had a rental duplex that had antiquated HVAC systems. We saw their ad on Facebook about a special offer they had. We inquired and they came back with a good bid on a Trane system. Gary was the installer and had both of them done in 1 day. Everyone there worked with us on it and the tenants and did a super job.

My furnace was hit by lighting along with my A/C unit, Gary came out and handled everything for me! I had never had anything like this happen and he was very kind and patient with me and had me a new furnace installed within 24 hours. Very nice and professional people! Their front desk lady is extremely friendly and helpful as well! Ive had to talk to her on the phone a few times and shes always very pleasant to speak with. Thank you for everything!

Gary was amazing! As a person who knows nothing about the heating and air on top of our building, I was afraid to be given the run around. Gary explained everything perfectly.... He was unable to fix it, but replaced it. I got other estimates, and his was the most efficient, and best priced. They were also compassionate to our needs, timeline, and lack of information. Bravo!

We had our new American Standard HVHC system installed by Smithco 2 years ago. Weve been very happy with the unit and the quality of installation that Smithco provided. We recently had them out for a service problem, and they responded quickly and did a great job fixing the issue. The Smithco service tech (Gary) was absolutely great! He was very knowledgeable about the system, courteous, and conscientious in his clean up. I would highly recommend Smithco to anyone needing work done on a current system or when purchasing a brand new HVHC system.
