Trying to make a payment is next to impossible. I've had service with BH for almost 3 months, and i've had to call each time to make a payment. They entered my banking information in my account incorrectly 2x, and charged me late fees for when my bank account bounced. They also refused to let me enter my own account information online. They are one of the only businesses I've worked with that seems to refuse to take your money... Avoid if possible.

They will not tell you this, but they do not accept American Express. If thats how your paycheck is deposited, and you attempt to pay your bill on the due date, good luck! I hope your town sells money orders, because mine doesnt! So now I have to drive 30 miles to buy and mail a money order, and possibly have a late fee. I have to pay to pay a bill! Theyre a national gas company but dont accept American Express because of the rates they charge compared to Visa. Wouldnt ever recommend.
