Do not use this company!! Every time their technicians came out no one knew what was going on or they disagreed with what the last person did. After coming out to work on something I'd get radio silence and have to make multiple calls into customer service to get things moving again. The communication around what was needed or being done was almost non existent. They installed my solar panels before getting the electrical work done and when I asked to cancel because I didn't want to pay my electric company and the panel loan I was told not to worry, I could get reimbursed for my loan payments. After almost 3 months of going back and forth with customer service they denied the request saying the delays were with my electric company and were out of their control. Even though prematurely completing part of the install wasn't. The cherry on top is the number of panels recommended don't even cover my electrical use so I'm still paying an electric bill and dealing with the power surges I was trying to eliminate by switching to solar. From start to getting my reimbursement denied it's been almost 2 years. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Go somewhere else for your solar needs!! Update: I followed the instructions provided in the review response on Google and sent an email requesting escalations on 3/15/22 and have not received any response or acknowledgement and it's 3/29. This is what you can expect for communication and response time and then it will come out of your pocket if your solar panels are installed before electrical work is approved. Update 2: as of 5/27 I still have not received a response from Titan Solar regarding my escalation request. I'll be contacting them again after the weekend and I guess contact the BBB from there. It's evident they don't care now that they've been paid.

Clean and fast install services!

I am very happy with my solar panel's. We went solar a year ago and it worked perfectly, with any issues. A month ago we increase our installation because we got an electric car and the personnel was very professional. The agent was friendly and he answered all my questions (I had a lot) and resolved my doubts. Thank you so much all of you for being so helpful and professional.
