One of the worst companies I had to deal with, poor communication from start to not even finish, its been an ongoing project from August 2019 when all started, and I closed with the salesman until April 2020 not finished yet still waiting, countless of failed inspections by the city, never the same electrician or contractor always someone different to take care of the project.Jesus, the sales guy, was always professional, nothing against him; he always tried to assist, but nothing he can do with the project. If you can avoid going with them, do it. Unfortunately, I can't give them 0 stars.

The salesman, Elijah Lilley, was excellent. The biggest reason for the Stars. Although young, he knew the product and if he didn't know the answer, he didn't fake it and would get the answer. The install, when it finally happened went well and quick. The installers knew what they were doing. The biggest complaint had was Rudy, the middle man (not sure if actual title). He would not communicate anything. I finally had to contact the General Manager, Russell, to get things going. Russell is interested in customer service as is Elijah. The product has been installed and running for some time. I still contact Elijah with questions and he is always eager to help. Elijah was the reason I purchased from NM Solar Group and the reason I'm actually doing a review. Thank you sir.

From the moment that I signed up, I was impressed with the professionalism of the seller Samuel Jurado.. He kept me informed all the time and answered all my questions. It was a pleasure to work with him. I will recommend him without any reservations.

Elijah from the NM Solar Group sold our solar & went above & beyond to give us the best transition to Solar. We love our system & having almost no electric bill every month! The NM Solar Group does an excellent job & provides top tier customer service as well. The installation crew showed great knowledge & answered all questions we had. Thank you Elijah & NM Solar Group!

Had solar installed on 17 dec 2019. Was told that it should only take 3-4 weeks before it would be hooked up. Its now 7 feb 2020. Still have not it hooked up for service. Reached out to them several times and no one answers the phone and the online chat is absolutely useless. I would not recommend this company to anyone else. They didnt deliver on a promise of 100% satisfaction. Just keep getting round around. No answers to easy questions like, who are we waiting on to get my solar turned on? Electricity company called back within an hour of contact them and were very quick to answer questions regarding my questions as to why I have not had my solar turned on.
