These people are rude and unprofessional. Teaser rate on propane turned out to be costly, as they spent hours 'upgrading' my system (for which I was charged); then they delivered propane prior to my requested scheduling. 'Manager' lied to me,saying he had no record of my request. I will give future business to Ferrellgas.

Personally went down to pay for a top off in the dead of winter tank was at 35% almost a month later they decide to come out and fill it tank was below 10% and I had already had to shut off the heat to save what was left. Terrible service, monopolized company at its best
