It simply took them 6 months to get the solar panels to work. If your expectations are low in term of quality and communication then you will Love them. It is extremely difficult to find reliable contractors, Patriot Energy are part or the bad one. I had to personally inform their office about the work that their technician didn't do since no one come to check. First the rail on which stand the panel were going beyond the length of my roof and were sticking out. Then the panels were not flushed. Then the leaf guard skirt around the panel were not cut properly but forced on the panels and were not straight. Then I could not connect the monitoring app to the monitor and that was because....... the panel were not working while I was told it was normal that it takes few months. The job was original done at the end of December and fixed at last at the beginning on July. FYI, they fixed everything within a week once I told the owner that it was enough and I was writing to my lawyer. Meanwhile I paid 6 months of loan and was not producing anything...

Was referred to them from my Church Sister. I must say that I was really satisfied with the work. The workers were polite and friendly. The Best Part was the fact that it was FREE. I did not have to pay anything. Love It.
