Having a horrible experience with this company!!!! Cannot get them to call me back to schedule a removal of my panels. I have a LEAK IN MY ROOF!! I have told them this multiple times, called at least 10 every time they are 'assigning someone to call me to schedule' LIES!! They are causing water damage to my home! This is ridiculous, we have been trying to get in touch with someone in the scheduling department for almost 3 weeks!!!! Yes I understand COVID, but a phone call to tell me when you can schedule? UNACCEPTABLE. If I didn't inherit the panels with the house then I would never deal with this company.

Had it installed 4 months ago and activated 2 months ago. I get a bill with only a price, no details no nothing. The app always shows zero in everything except for year and that is wrong since panels weren't active in Jan and that is the only time the app shows that I produced energy. Made countless calls to their support without any results.
