Just finished the install process. The install team were super professional, amazingly knowledgeable and completed the work with great quality. I felt informed throughout the entire process, including dealing with Coivd scheduling issues. Doing things the right way isn't always the cheapest but it's worth it in the long run.

Joe Lake and his professional crew provided us with a top notch experience! Joe explained every aspect of the project to us and patiently answered all of our questions. When we had a small glitch, Joe took care of it promptly. The crew was meticulous and respectful. We cant say enough about how impressed we are. Coincidentally the project was completed on the hottest day of the year and it worked like a charm. We also had the pleasure of working with Jesse Cook , the owner, and to see his megawatt smile each day and his passion for the project was truly wonderful. Our home warranty policy grants us one heating and air conditioning maintenance check up each year. The company that installed our system outsourced our maintenance call to Joe Lake at Geotherm and we are very happy they did.On major reason we were happy was that Joe would promptly returned our calls, He was always pleasant and tried hard to. accommodate us even though we live about an hour and a half away from Geotherm's office., Joe is extremely knowledgeable and very easy to work with. During the maintenance call, Joe noticed that our upstairs air handler wasn't working to full efficiency, so he repaired it. He took time to explain parts of our system to us and always thoroughly answered any question that we had. We were very happy that Joe Lake and Geotherm provided the maintenance and repair of our geothermal system.
