Initial customer service was excellent. Rep was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Install went pretty smooth, took a little longer than anticipated but partially due to the weather. System was hooked up and working on time. After the sale customer service was slow. Had an issue with consumption monitoring and took a while to be fixed.

Next Generation Solar was great to work with in getting a system that worked with my budget, and my personal preferences on the location of the panels. Aaron did an excellent job in explaining the multiple steps needed to complete the project and get it up and running. The paperwork and getting approvals from town was made simple. Aaron was not only involved in installing but also helped me to get my lawn back. We, and our property, were treated with respect. When I had an issue he was prompt in getting back to me and walk me thru to get everything back working. Installed in April - May 2018
