The NES team was awesome from day 1. There was never pressure or a 'sales' pitch. It was always honest, direct and upfront conversation over how solar could be an investment for our family. When the project started they were true to their word - I only had to sign my name in a few spots, they took care of everything else , clearly explaining each step and when and how it will happen - (along the way keeping me in the loop via email and texts). What a relief to find a partner that met and exceeded every promise made during the initial meeting. I would recommend NES to any one considering solar power based on their experience, knowledge, attention to detail, and their clear appreciation and respect for the homeowner. Great job, team! Recently had a solar system installed at my property by Steve and Kevin, great guys to deal with! They took care of everything. The system was installed mid August and I am very happy with everything with only 2 weeks of producing power and it covered the whole month August, naturally having great sunny weather helped . If you're planning on going solar I would highly recommend these guys!!!

We visited trade shows in the area, Googled, and asked around.When we sat down with Kevin Nickels, he outlined the cost savings for our home and provided us with personal statistics right out of the gate. Any question (we had a lot!) he was able to answer and built our confidence level up extremely. Their engineer, Steve Nickels then arrived to measure our roof and review our attic. On both occasions it was as if he was never even there. Their ability to work with our busy schedules also was extremely helpful.We are so thankful that we went forward with the process and are now receiving financial and environmental benefits of solar.

I love my solar panels. But more important, Nickels did a great job. The customer service was unparalleled and this was important because there were additional complications doing the job in the city of Syracuse. The job was delayed a number of times due to inspections and site visits by national grid but Nickels kept me informed at every step of the way. They also did a great job of cleaning up after each step.

I have waited to write this review to realize the solar system that was installed and how it compared to personal statistics provided in the design phase. Year to date, it has met and excided what was provided in the design phase. We are so thankful that we went forward with the process and are now receiving financial and environmental benefits of solar.Nickles Energy Solutions and their whole team gets our highest recommendation to anyone considering solar energy.
