The installers were very professional. Joe Cronin was my salesman. He explained things every step of the way and gave me confidence that I could make this big decision on my own. William Betancourt was my quality Assurance Manager and answered all my questions, explained my system in detail and made himself available to me for questions in the future.

I've had a very good experience with Long Island Power Solutions. My primary contact has been Charles DeStefano, but I have been helped by Joanie and other members of the staff. I chose the company based on online reviews, which appeared to be genuine and from regular people like me. Charles laid out my options for which model panels to buy and how many, and was very responsive to my (many) questions. Installation was done in one morning and the follow-up was like clockwork. The office walked me through connecting my system to my Wi-Fi network and even made my appointment with the local town for the electrical inspection. It also handled all the dealings with the power company. I really did little more than write two checks (deposit and final payment). All documents were e-signed, which was seamless. My system is off to a good start in terms of power production. Overall, I'm very happy.
