Worked through Stonehenge to complete some energy efficiency upgrades on my home. From the time they arrived to do the initial energy audit until the completion of their work they were rushed and cut corners wherever they could. The lead guy told me straight up at one point that he didn't have time to answer my questions. Their work was sloppy, not impressed. Steer clear.

Tim cancelled twice and hung up on me after I expressed my frustration. Tim told me I was getting a free home energy assessment which I guess justified poor customer service and the cancellations. It doesn't matter if I am getting a free assessment or if I paying for a $2000 assessment. Tim was rude and inconsiderate. Tim was coming from Queensbury, 1st cancellation was due to cold weather, and the second was due to snow. However, they have offices in Watervliet which had no snow at the time of the 2nd cancellation. Here is a tip, if you have an upset customer, let them vent then bring the conversation back addressing the issues at hand, do not hang up on them. I called the main office to speak with someone else, which irritated Tim even further. He called me the following day questioning my motives. I told him, you hung up on me and my issues were not addressed, and that I had preferred to speak with some else. I explained, I understood he had snow in Queensbury and travel was unsafe. I suggested his partner (who was located in Watervliet) could have come to complete the assessment since snow was not expected until late afternoon. Basically, Tim told me if they only have one person performing the audit, it take 1.5 hours versus 30 minutes with two, thus not profitable. Tried to make me feel like a lowlife since I qualified for the home energy audit through NYSERDA.
