Terrible service. My bill was over 100$ than normal. Been on phone past three days with them they were supposed to come out yesterday. Then today now tomorrow to check my meter. The woman I spoke to yesterday admitted my usage and that it should had only went up by 6-7$ and that they will see what is going on when they come out to check, which they have yet to do. I have been told several different things by several different people. One of them tried to tell me that my bill went up because their rates went up. I then stated so youre telling me it went up by 100$? And she said well no maam in a ugly tone. Terrible service.

Been on hold for over 40 minutes and still haven't gotten a hold of anyone. Won't help me after my meter went bad and tried charging me with a $2,307 electric bill when my average bill is $151/month. They tried telling me to watch my heat consumption. Anyone with half a brain knows that it's not normal for a 2600 square foot house that normally consumes 1300 kWh a month to consume 23,000 kWh/month. After they finally adjusted my bill (only after I got proof on video), the next month they had to 'estimate' my bill because of the faulty meter and estimated 1000 kWh more than my average bill. Quite the estimate. Wrote this review while on hold...still on hold. 42:54 seconds and still on hold. Ridiculous.**UPDATE**1:00:07 on hold. OVER AN HOUR and still on hold.**UPDATE**I hung up.

Customer service is horrible and over charged me twice. And taking their time to refund my money back
