Would not recommend. Not that easy to work with. Wish there was another choice for power in my area.

canceled my service out of nowhere without telling me. Made me create a new account which took hours due to the rep and the supervisor being too lazy and complacent to actually try and help. Three hours later and a third rep, was able to create the account no issues, HOWEVER, now because of the time of day, they wont come turn my power back on till the next day because its a new account?!?!

On Saturday evening around 7:00 PM I had a power failure due to a faulty buried line coming to my house. The repair crew was on site within 30 minutes and had the repair completed with in two hours. This required location of the bad conductor and the repair of the line that was buried some 4 feet in the ground. This was a very cold and rainy night and the crew worked at a level that they deserve to be recognized for their dedication to the job and the quick response to the problem. One of the repairman was from Aberdeen and the other from Laurinburg. I just wanted to say thanks for a job well done.
