I recently had an issue where my inverter system was not connecting to the grid. RED Group responded in a timely manner to work with me in correcting the issue. Christian took the time to come to my home to replace a blown fuse. He also left me a spare fuse, explained why the fuse went out (no fault of RED Group, by the way) and showed how to change out the fuse if the same situation came up again. And, he followed up with me by email to make sure my system was generating power. RED Group is top-notch and they have always followed through on their word and demonstrate exceptional customer service. Thank you RED Group!
