Moved from concord to waxhaw, power keeps going out here just about 2-3 times a week. Customer service is awful and if they didnt have a monopoly on power I would use anyone else

The worst power company I have ever did business with !!!I will move to another location because Duke Energy is the only company that serves my area ... They are a terrible company ! They stole money from me
