Duke Energy has excellent customer service! I would like to shout out to Brittany the customer service representative in Charlotte, NC. She was most helpful with transfer of service and even took care of my Spectrum Wi-Fi transfer as well all done over the phone. She is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.
