The employees working the floor have consistently been both helpful and friendly. After we decided to buy some doors and get help with having them installed. After talking to them in the store and setting up an installation time, someone came by and gave us anestimate. Then we spent about 2 weeks trying to get in contact with someone to come out and help with the installation. We called every couple of days to try and schedule the installation, and every time we were told that the person we needed to talk to was not in but would call us tomorrow. This never happened. Ultimately we decided to go with someone else, but two weeks of our time have now been wasted.
