Outstanding Business! Stuller provided a good proposal and installed our stationary emergency generator as scheduled. Everyone with the company is a courteous professional and appeared to do a thorough and complete job. Our owner training by Jeff gave us great comfort in using the backup power system. We are 100% satisfied and highly recommend Brian Stuller and his staff.

Referred Stuller to clients to service & maintain their generator standby generators. Techs are very nice, professional, but the office staff & Brian (owner) are worst I've seen yet. I have a property maintenance business, so need generator service to keep my client generators running. It's virtually impossible to get them to schedule a service, and STICK to it. They ignore calls to schedule work, or don't return inquiries. I paid them for 12 month service for a client, which they made the first service. 6 months later, tried to get them to follow up with 2nd service (which I'd paid for). Took over 2 months to get them back out. Then they called the day before svheduled service, wanting to cancel...they were too busy. I'd already scheduled to meet the tech at the client (vacation) home. They wanted to wait another 3 weeks! I said no, just cancel it all. I'd eat the $ I wasted on Stuller, get someone else & pay out of my pocket. They discovered they could send a tech as scheduled after all. But, he came out, didn't perform work per our contract. No oil & filter change...only inspected & cleaned. 12 month service contract I paid for, to have my client generator inspected. They never called back another client I referred, who needed generator service. Most unresponsive, unprofessional company I've dealt with in years. Will not refer or use them again, & asking my clients who still use them to cancel Stuller service agreements. There are competent professional alternatives.

Stuller Power Solutions recently installed a natural gas generator at our home. Their entire team was most professional and did a fantastic job, from arriving on time the first day, as scheduled, to completing the installation of our generator in a timely manner. I had a natural gas standby generator installed for my house a month ago. After getting proposals from several different companies, I decided on Stuller because of their presentation, prior reviews, and competitive price. Brian took me through the process step by step, helped me decide how large a unit would serve my needs, and explained the options for locating the unit. He was heavily booked but gave me an installation date about 2 months away. They began work one day after the date he had given me. Every member of his crew was helpful in answering any questions I had, and in explaining any options that were available. Everyone I dealt with from Brian, Jeff (startup guru), and Mitch (Pinnacle Plumbing gas line installation) was very professional and knowledgeable. I was able to reach any of them and the office staff every time I had a question. I give them my strongest recommendation.
