Very rude, We got there at 4:16 we was sitting at the gate calling him (he didnt answer) waiting on him to lets us in 7 minuets later he was pulling out of his drive way we roll down the window and My brother said are you the man and he said uhhhh yah he told us we was an hour and a half late Which are appointment was at 4:00 But my brother began to tell I know I had to go home and get my card he told us We could come back at 6:00 and he would maybe get it done because he had plans very rude dont recommend him
