Power always flickering several times amonth. The company is a rip off. Not happy with them.

unable to reach anyone to report a power outage. The 1-800 number disconnects and will not allow me to speak to an individual. This leaves me and my family without power for the unforeseeable future. I have tried calling several times.

We live in Union County and are CONSTANTLY without power and for no good reason whatsoever. The restore rate with Pee Dee is horrible! We moved from Union Power to Pee Dee and wish we could pick who we had for service - they leave you without power and not just for a 'few' hours, but 19-25 hours at a time. You never see them working on the lines (even for 'maintenance') or at night when storms roll through the county!!!! We have suffered with long outages and with really no good reason - call the office, they are nice but they don't care that you have farm animals that need water! I wish we could go back to Union power - at least they try to restore power in a timely fashion!!!
