HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called them months in advance to schedule rewiring of a solar system they installed for us. I had to follow up several times and spoke with many different staff and even their head electrician to get a date locked down. Every time I called they said it was an easy job and I should get a call back in 48 hours. I was never called back and now two months later they finally admit that they have no one available and don't know when the work will be done.

At Balken Roofing, we have to work with contractors of all sorts of trades. I have never used Sundance on my own house as I do not have solar, but working with them is a great pleasure. They are professional, knowledgeable, and honest.

We had a salesperson from a different solar company coming through our neighborhood who told us to check prices on EnergySage to compare quotes. When I did, I found that Sundance had the best price for my area. I set an appointment and met with a designer, and a few months later we had a 6 kWh system installed. They worked with me on the layout of the conduits on the side of the house and inside the garage to meet with my aesthetic ideas. Had a little bit of a delay (one day) during installation, between setting up all the mounts and getting the panels up due to some supply issues, but no other problems. Since installation, we've had a surplus of electricity and having been paying $8 and some change as our 'electric bill' (really just the amount charged by Duke to have a connection).
