Everytime I have called with questions they are very rude and unprofessional. I'm disappointed we will have to go threw them again with our new apartment! Never had this issue with Ottertail.

Awful customer service. They charge me a late fee every other month. Which I would understand if I didnt have autopay active. Also their rates are outragously high. Me and my roomate moved from a 2 bedroom apartment where our energy bill (xcel) never topped $60, to a place that Cass County provides for where its never been under $90. Theres a reason they have so many bad reviews. If electric companies had competition, this one would have died out years ago.
