Just trying to report an outage.is a total hassle. The automated system is absolutely terrible.

Worst customer service. Smart Thermostat has been out since 6/25. I called weekly for 4 weeks before I gave up on their excuses. Here we are 9/2 and they still don't work. Street light guy, Quincy, also subpar. Over a year later and he still hasn't completed our work order request for new street lights in our addition. Wish we lived in Texas where electric companies have to compete for bids. Oklahoma and it's monopolies.

This is the absolute worst company to have to deal with. 4 days with no power. They came out and got part of the neighborhood on but left the rest of us with nothing. But if you're late with your bill... They will have a truck right out to your door immediately.

Power went out, AGAIN. It's been out for hours. The same thing happened last week, and it was out for almost 7 hours. If this continues to be an issue into the summer I am going to be thoroughly outraged! We pay our bills every month so OG&E can maintain their equipment and lines. So if this has now become a regular issue, then someone else needs to be monitoring your work and maintenance orders to ensure that our power doesn't keep randomly shutting off for over a quarter of the day, on a weekly basis.
